Terms & Conditions for tk1977

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk1977 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gambling services are offered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the tk1977 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player, containing their registered details, balance, and betting history.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses awarded by tk1977 that are distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 — Access to the tk1977 platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 2.3 — Each person may hold only one active account on the tk1977 platform. If tk1977 identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — all accounts held by that individual may be suspended and their combined balances may be forfeited.

2.4 — tk1977 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of tk1977 to provide services in perpetuity.

3.1 — You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tk1977 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

3.2 — If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk1977 immediately by contacting our customer support team. tk1977 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access was facilitated by the Player's own failure to secure their credentials.

3.3 — tk1977 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of unauthorised access, suspicious activity, or where the security of the account is in question. In such cases, tk1977 may require additional identity verification before reinstating account access.

3.4 — You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details — particularly your registered mobile number and email address — remain accurate and up to date. tk1977 will use these details for account verification, OTP delivery, and important account communications.

4.1 — tk1977 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk1977 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 — All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger a review of your tk1977 account. tk1977 reserves the right to require documentary proof that the payment source belongs to the account holder.

4.3 — Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. tk1977 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. 4.4 — tk1977 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation. During an active investigation, the Player's account may be restricted to read-only access.

4.5 — All balances on the tk1977 platform are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Winnings are credited to your account balance in BDT at the exchange rates applied at the time the wager was settled, where applicable.

5.1 — tk1977 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and expiry date — are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 — Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus Funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion of those funds or winnings derived from those funds may be transferred to the withdrawable Real Money Balance.

5.3 — tk1977 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or a change in regulatory circumstances. Bonuses that have already been awarded to Players who have complied with the promotion terms will be honoured.

5.4 — Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended bonus credits, or coordinating with other Players to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and Real Money Balances.

6.1 — All bets placed on the tk1977 platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in the specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sport or game rules (for example, a sporting event being postponed or a live casino technical fault).

6.2 — In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, tk1977 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players. Winnings paid as a result of a technical error may be reversed, and tk1977 will notify affected Players accordingly.

6.3 — The use of any automated betting software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. tk1977 employs fraud-detection tools capable of identifying non-human betting patterns, and accounts found to be using such tools will be immediately closed.

6.4 — Collusion between two or more Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market — whether through information sharing, coordinated betting patterns, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

8.2 — tk1977 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; failure to complete identity verification; or receipt of a regulatory or law-enforcement directive requiring account closure.

8.3 — In the event that an account is closed by tk1977 due to a breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account may be forfeited. tk1977 will provide written notice of the closure reason and any forfeiture decision to the registered email address of the account holder.

9.1 — All content on the tk1977 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tk1977 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tk1977 content without express written permission.

12.4 — These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and tk1977 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
